At best, we have the feckless United Nations and a bunch of Global North countries, i.e., the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Australia, etc., that lead the charge in oppression and domination the world over. Our issue appears to be global capitalism, imperialism, and neocolonialism - though Oda is also really good about discussing those political issues in his own subtle ways.
